Berlin-based record collector, selector, and DJ. Manager and resident for the independent record label and party series Leisure System. Mostly known for her eclectic, experimental and dancefloor-oriented mix of techno, electro, and breakbeats.
Golden Medusa moved to Berlin in 2011.
In 2016 her friend and mentor Konx-om-Pax encouraged her to play her first DJ gig at his record release at Monarch. Ever since she’s had the pleasure of playing many Berlin venues such as ://about blank, Grießmühle, OHM, Funkhaus and Globus/Tresor as part of the Berlin Atonal festival.
She started working for the Berlin-based independent record label and event series Leisure System in the summer of 2017. A year later she played her first label parties at Säule and Berghain.
Her DJ sets are usually eclectic, combining old classics with more recent productions, spanning across genres such as techno, electro, breakbeat, experimental, bass, club and ambient.
